I realized quickly that the mainstream health and fitness advice just doesn't work when you're in the world of parenthood.

Bottom line, I was thrown off balance. And I needed to find my balance again.

I had to re-invent the way I approached diet, nutrition, and exercise. For our entire family.

Anyhow, I also knew that I would have to figure out how to eat right and exercise for myself and for my wife Lindsey as well. But with far less time, and energy to put towards those things.

Over time, I adjusted course. I found the things that gave the biggest results for the least time and effort. And I focused on those.

I found the most nutritious best tasting foods and focused on them.
